Just don't buy here, especially online. They'll screw you over. I bought a Yamaha keyboard online. They never shipped it but were quick to charge my PayPal account. I could never get a full refund.
I'm still owed a complete refund. Company representative Keyra Navarro basically at first emailed that Ripndip has never sold keyboards even though there were photos and an advertisement on Google.
They charged my PayPal account and refused to give a complete refund.
I'm not making any of this up. It's hard to believe.

Order issues
On my order 951182 a blazed hoodie was ordered but now is out of stock. It said I could order an item of equal value but ll of the sales are off, and they are much more expensive now.
I had something called order protection but not sure what that means.
The item that was out of stock was a blazed hoodie. Can I get another hoodie for the same price.

Items never came and my money has not been refunded. told me to cancel my claim with the bank only to tell me it says my refund has been processed but won’t send my confirmation. has my $260 since nov
didn't process mr refund after telling me to cancel claim with my bank. $260 of items never even shipped ordered from november 22.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and I havent heard anything back on a tracking number with my order in the mail nor have a received the package. I spent 200 bucks and have received zero star service!!!
I will never spend another dime with your company. Which is sad because my kids and I love your products.

Haven’t received my order
I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago. A MONTH.
I have sent many emails, tried to call, and no help. I got one response back stating the order is taking a little longer than usual. Fine, a few more days wont hurt. Right?
Wrong. Like I said at the beginning of this review I ordered these shoes a month ago. We are now a few days from Christmas and I have someone with no gift.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never order anything from them again.

I finally got my Oder even though it took about 6 weeks and ruined part of my sons Christmas
I couldnt believe it took SO long to get tracking and my item since my 1st order came really quick. My son at least liked the bonus stickers thanks

Me too! I ordered roughly $175 worth the stuff for my daughter for Christmas on November 20th.
I received a confirmed email stating they received the order and had confirmed it. I reached out to their customer service department and their response was that it would ship within the next week due to high volume of orders. However nothing has shipped yet. Wondering if I'll get my order before Christmas or not.
I placed an order for a single hoodie and received that already and my daughter placed an order for a few other things which should arrive today or tomorrow but absolutely no movement or response on my large order placed on November 20th. Sad cuz I work in the entertainment community and have my own clothing line there's just no reason for this type of customer service.
